CHARACTERISTICS OF THE ORGANIZATIONAL ARCHETYPE
- Puts fragmented parts back together
- Gets underneath the conflict, the wounds, the separate parts to find common ground
- Cuts away rough edges so the new pieces can be joined evenly, without threads, tears or remnants hanging out
- Binds up wounds so the edges can grow together and create a new reality to secure the continued existence of both parts
- Weaves a new fabric from old threads. Mixes new colors from old
- Sees the possibility of mending among people, parts, institutions, beliefs which the rest of us would never think of putting together
- Finds his work, his location, his action everywhere the human condition is fragmented
- Brings together for healing to begin
